🔹 You have the option to buy a Hanging Headboard or a Headboard with Posts

🔹 Hanging Headboard [on dropdown menu as “Hanging”]:
-The panel is 27” tall and made up of ½” thick x 3” wide boards with 1” x 1” wood straps on the back for a total thickness of 1 ½”.

-Width & Weight:
King 76” & 23 pounds (2 panels 38" wide)
Cal King 72” & 21 pounds (2 panels 36" wide)
Queen 60" & 18 pounds
Full 54" & 16 pounds
Twin 38" & 13 pounds

-A 36” long French Cleat is attached to the back of the headboard. This Cleat slides down over a second cleat we provide that you attach to your wall. It is easiest to screw directly into studs, but if that is not an option, adequately installed drywall anchors are sufficient to support the weight.

🔹 Headboard with Posts [on dropdown menu as “Headboard with Posts”]:

-The headboard’s total height is 24” more than the mattress height you provide. If you do not provide a mattress height, the posts will be 48” tall.

-The posts are 3” wide x 2” deep.

-The headboard panel is 27” tall, and both consist of boards milled smooth ½” thick x 3” wide attached to a wood frame.

-Width including posts:
King 78" (2 panels at 36")
California King 74" (2 panels at 34")
Queen 62" (1 panel at 56")
Full 56" (1 panel at 50")
Twin 40" (1 panel at 34")

-To save you shipping costs, we will ship the panel and posts separately, and we include screws and pre-drilled holes for you to reattach.

-You will need to connect the headboard to a freestanding bed frame with wood screws. Since bedframes differ from one to another, you will need to determine what screws to use and where to place them.

Great quality and beautiful wood.

Excellent workmanship. We love it.

10/10 all around, shop was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to my request to include sapwood. The woodworking is top-notch with a beautiful stain (clear finish). Love the distressed/reclaimed look and in the few cases of larger holes (quarter-sized) the shop guys/gals used black putty/backing paper to blend it in perfectly. Was easy to install with the provided french cleat, and the shop was also able to build matching floating shelf boxes which compliment the headboard wonderfully.

I really like the headboard! It is much lighter than I thought it would be. Fairly easy to hang too. Thank you!

Item arrived on time and was packaged with exceptional care. I had messaged the shop owner with a request to work in a few sapwood boards and was so happy to see the results after unboxing. Headboard is beautiful and was easy to hang. My only minor complaint is that the very bottom board is loose and actually detached at one point during hanging. I was able to fit it back in place and am not terribly worried about it since it will be nestled between a wall and bed pillows most of the time.
