🔹 The weathered wood is predominately gray but can have unlimited color variation in the gray, white, and brown tones.

🔹 The wood will have color variations, nail holes, texture and other characteristics associated with barn wood; all of the distressing is natural.

🔹 If you select the “unfinished” option, we will prepare and clean the wood so it is ready for you to use.

🔹 Select the “clear finish” option. We will apply an all-natural, Clear Hard Wax Oil finish, which significantly darkens the wood, protects it from stains and helps lock in the splinters.

🔹 Select “Invisible finish”. We will apply our Invisible Protect Finish which helps to protect the wood from stains and protect you from splinters without changing the color of the wood.

🔹 Staggered Design: multiple boards are used to cross the width of the headboard panel forming a staggered array of end joints.

🔹 Weathered: the original surface of this reclaimed wood was naturally weathered in its previous use.

🔹 Hanging Headboard [on dropdown menu as “Hanging”]:

-Width & Weight: King 76" & 25 pounds, California King 72" & 23 pounds, Queen 60" & 18 pounds, Full 54" & 16 pounds & Twin 40" & 13 pounds

-The panel is 27” tall and made up of ½” thick x 3” wide boards with 1” x 1” wood straps on the back for a total thickness of 1 ½”.

-A 36” long French Cleat is attached to the back of the headboard. This Cleat slides down over a second cleat we provide that you attach to your wall. It is easiest to screw directly into studs, but if that is not an option, adequately installed drywall anchors are sufficient to support the weight.


🔹 Headboard with Posts [on dropdown menu as “Headboard with Posts”]:

-The headboard’s total height is 24” more than the mattress height you provide. If you do not provide a mattress height, the posts will be 48” tall.

-The posts are 3” x 3”.

-The headboard panel is 27” tall, and both consist of boards milled smooth ½” thick x 3” wide attached to a wood frame.

-Width including posts: King 78", California King 74", Queen 62", Full 56" & Twin 42".

-To save you shipping costs, we will ship the panel and posts separately, and we include screws and pre-drilled holes for you to reattach.

-You will need to connect the headboard to a freestanding bed frame with wood screws. Since bedframes differ from one to another, you will need to determine what screws to use and where to place them.


🔹 Headboard—Footboard with Posts Combination [on dropdown menu as “Head & Foot”]:

-The headboard on this option is the same as outlined above.

-The total width of the footboard is the same as the headboard.

-The footboard panel is 18” tall, and the total footboard height is 24” less than the headboard.

-The posts are approximately 3½” x 3½”.

-To save you shipping costs, we will ship the panel and posts separately, and we include screws and pre-drilled holes for you to reattach.

-You will need to connect the footboard to a freestanding bed frame with wood screws. Since bedframes differ from one to another, you will need to determine what screws to use and where to place them.
